Lady Rachel Foster
Lady Rachel Foster was born on June 13, 1969, to Benjamin T. and Jane Clark in Sacramento, California. She graduated from Capital Christian High School in 1987. In her youth, she attended Christ Temple Apostolic Church in Sacramento, where she received her spiritual foundation. Even as life brought challenges, she always knew that God was with her.
As she matured, Lady Rachel began to recognize how God’s arms were always around her, guiding her life. Even during seasons when she was not actively part of the body of Christ, she overcame trials and later testified that “all things worked together for her good.” She often says, “If you knew all the things God delivered me from, you would love Him too.”
Lady Rachel has been employed with Kaiser Permanente since 2002, a position she believes God provided because of her compassionate heart for serving others. Beyond her career, she demonstrates her love for people by feeding the homeless, visiting the sick and shut-in, and spreading kindness wherever she goes.
Though raised in church, she strayed in her youth. Yet through the prayers of her loving mother Jane and faithful saints, God drew her back in 2016. On October 16, 2017, in a Friday night church service, Lady Rachel was restored and refilled with the Holy Ghost. Since then, she has been on fire for Jesus, serving faithfully in her home church. She worked alongside her mother in many roles, including the Usher Board, Outreach Team, CTAC Choir, and other auxiliaries.
On February 3, 2024, Lady Rachel was joined in holy matrimony to Pastor Michael Foster. Together, they work side by side in ministry for the edifying of the body of Christ. Lady Rachel’s favorite scripture is James 1:19: “So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.”
Her greatest passion is simple yet powerful: to serve God with all her heart and to make Jesus smile.
